Rental Period

All birth announcement stork rentals include a 7-day rental period. Event stork rentals include a 1-day rental period. Additional rental days may be added for an additional fee, subject to availability. We are unable to guarantee a stork will be installed prior to new parents returning home with their baby, but we try our very best to make that happen!

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before installation. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received. If full payment is not made at least 24 hours prior to stork delivery, the stork announcement sign will not be delivered.

Delivery Area 

We rent and deliver personalized stork yard announcement signs throughout Fort Worth, Benbrook, Aledo, Walsh Ranch, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Weatherford, Godley, Cresson, Granbury, Westworth Village, White Settlement, and surrounding communities throughout Tarrant, Parker, and Hood counties. If the delivery address is further than 10 miles from our business address in Fort Worth, TX, mileage fees may apply.

Installation Requirements

A suitable installation area is required. Signed must be placed in accessible soil where stakes can be securely installed. We are unable to install in rocks, pea gravel, concrete, asphalt, rock beds, mulch, flower beds, raised garden beds, garden pots, thick landscaping, hard-packed surfaces, areas with underground utility concerns.

Gated Communities

Customers are responsible for providing gate codes and access instructions prior to installation. Delays caused by inaccessible properties may result in cancellation of stork without refund.

Weather Policy

Cowtown Storks reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or remove signs due to severe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, flooding, or other unsafe conditions.

Sign Care

Customers and/or homeowners/residents are responsible for protecting rental items from damage during the rental period. Please DO NOT move the sign, alter decorations, allow children to climb on the sign, use lawn equipment near the sign. Damage, theft, or loss of rental items may result in replacement charges. By placing an order with Cowtown Storks, you are authorizing Cowtown Storks to charge the card on file for any unreturned or damaged rental items.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if:

• You cancel your order at least 24 hours in advance

• Severe weather conditions prevent installation

Partial refunds due to Cowtown Storks error if:

• Cowtown Storks makes an error on the installation, personalization, or delivery of your display, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue promptly. If we are unable to correct the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion. Examples: OUR error on wrong baby name/spelling, wrong birth statistics, wrong sign installed, missed installation date due to scheduling error. If a customer discovers an error after installation, Cowtown Storks should be notified immediately within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate corrections when possible.

Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund in the following cases:

• Once installation has occurred

• If we are unable to access a gated community due to a missing or non-working gate code or if the security guard denies access. We cannot wait more than 10 minutes at a gate while the guard attempts to contact homeowners for access. It is important to coordinate with the security staff ahead of time to ensure access prior to stork delivery.

• The recipient or homeowner doesn't allow us to set up the sign or requests early pick-up before the rental period ends

• If there are threatening animals on the property that prevents safe access onto the property

• The location does not have a suitable lawn as defined above

• Errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by customer - Examples include: Incorrect spelling of baby's name submitted on order form, incorrect birth statistics provided by the customer, incorrect address entered on the reservation form, requests to change personalized items AFTER production has begun, failure to notify Cowtown Storks of updated delivery information.

Same-Day & Rush Installation

Same-day or rush installations may be available depending on scheduling and inventory. Additional fees may apply.

Photo Permission

Cowtown Storks may photograph installed displays for marketing and social media purposes. Personal information such as full home addresses will never be shared. ​​​
